In the last 17 years I gained indepth experience in the international luxury and business hospitality sector. After my MBA and my systemic coaching education, I wanted to help people and companies finding their own way to more satisfaction and financial success in life & work. Therefore I started my own business and additionally support an event management agency to erect their own communication advisory firm. Two projects with heart an brain and especially future!
Since I was several times part and driver of restructurings, change initiatives and quality project processes - as a service and customer oriented person at heart I will continue to serve and help the people in order to cope with the possibilities of digitalization and globalization. I believe in a world where gender-fit, equal chances for everyone and more happiness in life are standards - not just concepts. Together we will achieve it.

My milestones as Regional Director MICE Sales:
• Revenue Increase of MICE sector for Deutsche Hospitality worldwide from approx. 200 k Eur to over 4,8 mio Eur per annum
• New account base acquisition, establishment and increase from 20 to over 250 Accounts for East Germany / Berlin Region.
• Implementation and structure set-up of national MICE Team; Initializing of first MICE Department and in East Germany region
• Key account Management, Sourcing and Knowledge Management to B2B and B2C clients for over 130 hotels worldwide
• Acting role in restructuring of new company Sales Force and development from centralized to de-centralized organizational structure & corresponding workflows.
