In the last 15 years I gained indepth experience in the international luxury and business hospitality sector. After my recently accomplished MBA in HR & Leadership and my current psychological coaching education, I focus on a job challenge outside the known comfort sector and inside the business & people development as well as change management for small and medium sized companies. I was several times part and driver of restructurings, change initiatives and quality project processes - as a service and customer oriented person at heart I will continue to serve and help to cope with the possibilities of digitalization and globalization.

• Revenue Increase of MICE sector for Deutsche Hospitality worldwide from approx. 200 k Eur to over 4,8 mio Eur per annum
• New account base acquisition, establishment and increase from 20 to over 250 Accounts for East Germany / Berlin Region.
• Implementation and structure set-up of national MICE Team; Initializing of first MICE Department and in East Germany region
